Arkansas 88, Auburn 80 (2 OT): Marshawn Powell had 28 points and 11 rebounds to lead the host Razorbacks over the Tigers in a Southeastern Conference game.
BJ Young had 22 points and Mardracus Wade added 12 off the bench to help Arkansas (11-5, 2-1 SEC) improve to 11-0 at home. The Razorbacks have won two straight games and eight of their last nine.
Auburn (8-8, 2-1 SEC) was led by Frankie Sullivan, who had 26 points, including five 3-pointers, and nine rebounds. Rob Chubb had 12 points and 11 rebounds to register his fourth double-double this season before fouling out with 1:11 left in the second overtime.
Allen Payne hit a 3-pointer with 5.2 seconds left in regulation to tie it at 67 and force overtime for Auburn, which fell to 2-2 on the road and had its three-game overall win streak snapped. The Tigers were attempting to secure their first three-game SEC win streak since 2008-09 when they won five straight games.
Wade scored five points in the first overtime while Young had five in the second OT, including a 3-pointer to answer a Sullivan basket from beyond the arc and give Arkansas an 84-78 lead with 26 seconds left.
