Malcolm Lee scored 18 points, including a three-point play that put UCLA ahead for good, en route to a 67-59 victory at Oregon on Saturday afternoon.
The Bruins (11-6, 3-2 Pac-10) took a 46-40 lead midway through the second half on Lee's basket and free throw followed by a 3-pointer by Jerime Anderson. Oregon cut the deficit to one but never completely erased the lead.
A 3-point shot from Lazeric Jones with 2:29 left gave UCLA a 63-55 cushion, which held up despite a late technical foul against the Bruins' Joshua Smith.
Oregon (8-10, 1-5) forced 18 turnovers but could not convert on them, hitting just 37.7 percent from the floor while UCLA made half of its 50 shots.
Anderson and Smith contributed 15 points apiece off the Bruins' bench.
E.J. Singler led the Ducks in a losing effort with 15 points.
