Heat 113, Spurs 101: Chris Bosh scored 24 points on 9-of-10 shooting and LeBron James added 18 points, seven rebounds and six assists as host Miami easily handled short-handed San Antonio in a rematch of last season's NBA Finals.

Mario Chalmers tallied 16 points and seven assists and Michael Beasley added 12 points off the bench for the Heat, who shot 58.1 percent against a Spurs team missing three of its top defensive players. Ray Allen scored 10 points in his fifth straight start while Dwyane Wade came off the bench for the first time in six years and contributed eight points and five assists after missing the previous four games with sore knees.

Tim Duncan put up 23 points and Boris Diaw added 15 for the Spurs, who were without starters Tiago Splitter (shoulder), Kawhi Leonard (finger) and Danny Green (finger). Tony Parker had 11 points and seven assists and Marco Belinelli scored 12 points.

The Heat hit seven of their first eight shots but had a tough time gaining much separation from the short-handed Spurs. Miami's lead was as large as 10 in the first quarter, but San Antonio — which never led — twice pulled even in the second before Wade's short jumper and Allen's 3-pointer in the final 37 seconds of the half sent the Heat to the break with a 58-50 advantage.

San Antonio pulled within 66-62 on Duncan's layup with 8:44 left in the third, but James' transition dunk set off a 10-0 burst and Miami stretched the lead to 91-71 after three quarters. The Spurs never threatened in the fourth even without James and Bosh on the floor, and couldn't narrow the margin to single digits.
