Spurs 96, Cavaliers 95: Kawhi Leonard capped a 13-point, 10-rebound performance by hitting a 3-pointer with 2.9 seconds to play, lifting visiting San Antonio to its 14th win in 15 games.
Tony Parker had 24 points and Gary Neal scored 15 points off the bench to give the league-best Spurs their sixth consecutive victory over Cleveland.
Dion Waiters scored 20 points and Tyler Zeller added 16 for the Cavaliers, who absorbed their third straight defeat entering the All-Star break.
In a game featuring 13 ties and 20 lead changes, Cleveland took a 91-86 lead on a basket by Tristan Thompson with 3:45 to play. The Spurs battled back to tie it at 93 on Neal's 3-pointer with 1:25 remaining.
Waiters buried a step-back jumper with 9.5 seconds left, but Leonard, who scored a career-high 26 points in Monday's win over Chicago, drilled a corner 3-pointer to send San Antonio into the All-Star break with a 42-12 record.
