Bulls 101, Mavericks 78: Luol Deng scored a game-high 22 points and Joakim Noah added 13 and 10 rebounds as Chicago extended its home winning streak against Dallas to three games.
Nate Robinson had 14 points and six assists while Jimmy Butler contributed 13 points for the Bulls, who have won four straight overall against the Mavericks and allowed 83 points or less in each victory.
Shawn Marion scored 18 points and Chris Kaman, Dominique Jones and Vince Carter added 10 apiece for Dallas, which has lost three straight overall and six of seven on the road.
Trailing by eight with less than four minutes remaining in the first, Chicago ended the quarter with a 13-4 run to take a 24-23 lead. Deng scored eight points during the spurt and half of the Bulls' total in the period.
A 13-0 burst in the second during which Robinson contributed seven points gave Chicago a 44-28 advantage with 5:27 to play. The Bulls maintained their comfortable lead in the second half, increasing it to as many as 29 points late in the fourth on a dunk by Nazr Mohammed with 1:15 left.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Deng sank a 3-pointer with 1:05 remaining in the third quarter to end a stretch of 3:10 without a point being scored. ... Chicago avoided its first three-game skid at home since dropping five in a row from March 1-19, 2010. ... The Mavericks have allowed at least 100 points in five straight games and seven of their last eight.
