Manu Ginobili scored 24 points and DeJuan Blair added 20 as the San Antonio Spurs continued their home dominance of the Los Angeles Clippers with a 115-90 victory Wednesday night.
The Spurs have won 17 consecutive home games against the Clippers, who last won there on Jan. 31, 2002. The Spurs have won 26 of the last 29 against the Clippers.
All five Spurs starters scored in double figures. Richard Jefferson had 19 points, Tony Parker added 14 points and nine assists and Tim Duncan had 10 points and eight rebounds.
Reserve James Anderson had 12 points for San Antonio, which made all 15 free throw attempts.
Blake Griffin led the Clippers with 28 points and nine rebounds. Chris Paul had 10 points and nine assists, but was 3-for-10 from the field.
After leading 58-54 at halftime, the Spurs quickly pulled away from the Clippers in the third quarter. San Antonio shot 76.2 percent (16 of 21) from the field to Los Angeles' 38.5 percent (5 of 13). The Spurs outscored the Lakers by a 38-17 margin in the session.
Griffin kept the Clippers within striking distance, scoring eight consecutive points midway through the third quarter.
