Mariners 7, Giants 4: Jesus Montero homered among his three hits and host Seattle rallied to snap its six-game losing streak.
Casper Wells also homered and Brendan Ryan had a two-run single as the Mariners kept San Francisco ace Tim Lincecum's winless in a career-high nine straight starts.
Lincecum (2-8) was charged with five runs on five hits in five-plus innings, dropping the two-time NL Cy Young Award winner to 0-6 since his last win on April 28.
Hisashi Iwakuma (1-0) pitched two scoreless innings in relief for his first major league victory and Tom Wilhelmsen earned his fourth save.
Ryan Theriot had three hits and two RBIs for the Giants, who fell to 3-10 in the last 13 meetings with the Mariners.
Lincecum was in a 2-0 hole four batters into the game after serving up homers to Wells and Montero, but the Giants regained the lead with two runs in the third and two in the fourth.
Seattle tied it in the fifth on Ichiro Suzuki's RBI single and a wild pitch by Lincecum, and went ahead in the sixth as Franklin Gutierrez delivered a pinch-hit RBI single off Jeremy Affeldt before Ryan followed with a two-run single for a 7-4 lead.
Kevin Millwood gave up four runs - three earned - on nine hits in five innings in his first start since combining with five relievers on a no-hitter June 8.
